Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the CK444 platform. By visiting the website, creating an account, placing bets, using casino games, making payments or accessing any related service, you agree to follow the terms described below.

These Terms form an agreement between you, the user, and CK444, operated under TAKA Alliance. If you do not accept these Terms, you should stop using the platform immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit may start from 100 BDT or the equivalent amount in USDT, depending on the selected payment method.

Deposits are usually credited after payment confirmation. However, delays may occur due to payment provider issues, network congestion, incorrect transaction details or additional review.

Funds must come from a payment account or wallet owned by the registered user. Third-party deposits may be rejected or require additional verification.

CK444 may not charge deposit fees, but payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket or blockchain networks may apply their own fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests may be reviewed before processing, especially for newly registered users, large amounts, bonus-related balances or accounts requiring KYC verification.

Withdrawals should normally be requested through the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible.

CK444 may delay, reject or manually review withdrawals if there are concerns about fraud, bonus abuse, suspicious activity, identity mismatch or violation of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

CK444 may offer bonuses, promo codes, cashback, VIP rewards, welcome offers or other promotional campaigns to eligible users.

Wagering requirements. Most bonuses may include wagering requirements. Users must complete the required wagering before bonus funds or related winnings become available for withdrawal.

Time limits. Promotions may have expiry dates. Unused bonus funds, free spins or related winnings may be removed after the stated deadline.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on CK444, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, design elements, interface layout and platform materials, belongs to CK444, TAKA Alliance or licensed third-party providers.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute or commercially use CK444 content without written permission.

The CK444 name, logo, product names, service names, slogans and related brand elements are protected brand assets. They may not be used without prior approval.

9. Limitation of Liability

CK444 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the website, app, casino games, sports betting services, payment tools or support features will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, payment provider issues, internet connection problems or circumstances outside CK444's control.

Effect of termination. After termination, the user's right to access CK444 services ends. CK444 may retain certain personal data, transaction records or account information when required for legal, security, compliance or business purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Bonus funds linked to unfinished wagering requirements may be removed when an account is closed.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
